Settlers Beach Villa Hotel has 22 - 2-bedroom cottages arranged in a horseshoe shape in 4 acres of lush, tropical gardens and manicured lawns bordering a sandy beach. Each villa has: Two air conditioned bedrooms fitted with hairdryers, clock radios and personal safes as well as ensuite bathrooms. The living and dining areas are spacious and the kitchens well equipped.

The villas come in two styles:
Single storey with a central patio/atrium OR
Two-storey with an upper level balcony.

There is also a one-bedroom, self-contained apartment with a balcony.

Dining: Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, overlooks the beach. Weekly manager's cocktail party.
