The resort comprises of a total of 12 Sugar Mill rooms and 100 Mountain or Ocean View Villas and Suites, these each come with their own private plunge pools. Spread over 192 lush acres of tropical forest, the resort is unsurpassed for its natural beauty and is resplendent with native fruit trees, including mango, banana, papaya, coconut, avocado, star fruit, sour sop and hog plum. There are a wide variety of flowering shrubs; hibiscus, jasmine, bougainvillea, and oleander as well as the bright red ‘flamboyant tree” which attracts tiny iridescent humming birds. The Jalousie Plantation was once the site of an 18th century Sugar Mill Estate, the remains of which are integrated into the resort. The lush and breath taking setting, one of the most dramatic in the world dips down to a quarter-mile stretch of secluded white sand beach.

The resort comprises a total of 65 Mountain View Villas and Suites, 35 Ocean View Villas and Suites and 12 sensational Sugar Mill Suites.

Sugar Mill Rooms: Close to the main buildings, beach and restaurants, these twelve rooms have an expansive bedroom, either king-size or twin beds, a spacious bathroom, dressing area, sitting area and a private outdoor sun terrace. The rooms are ocean facing.

Mountain View Villas and Suites: These villas or suites wake you up to a stunning view of the Pitons and the lush green surroundings. Rooms are all fully equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mini bar, coffee maker, bathrobes, electronic safe, AM/FM clock radio, direct dial telephones with data port, TV with satellite reception and VCR. All bathrooms have bidets, hairdryers and make-up mirrors.

Facilities and Services: The resort features extensive leisure facilities such as tennis, squash, a jacuzzi, beach, pool, non-motorised water sports, relaxing spa and fitness centre. Diving available. Services offered include: Multi-lingual staff, laundry/valet service, concierge desk, currency exchange, baby-sitting service, Children's Learning Centre offering children's activities.

Dining: Dine at one of four restaurants, serving everything from burgers and fries to international cuisine and Creole inspired dishes. Two bars. Room service between 5am and midnight. Verandah Restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am and offers fruits, croissants, eggs, cereals and an extensive buffet to suit all tastes.

Plantation Restaurant  -  Located in the Great House is the fine dining restaurant which offers international cuisine with that local touch of organically freshly grown vegetables on their own plantation or on neighbouring farms.
Bayside Restaurant and Bar -  For that informal lunch beside the pool try the
Bayside Restaurant and Bar, serving buffet lunch with an a la carte menu featuring everything from sandwiches and burgers to steaks. Also offers theme nights (Fish Market, Calypso Night) featuring a bonfire, live music and show.

Pier Restaurant  -  Fine dining in waterside restaurant overlooking Jalousie Bay. Menu features Seafood & Creole specialties. Serving dinner only.
The Palm Court Bar and Restaurant  -  Natural beauty, pampering service and secluded luxury all come together at the Palm Court. With light snacks and a Piano bar.
