Suites:

One Bedroom Suite: City view overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road. Spacious accommodations featuring separate sitting and bedroom areas. Located on floors 10 through 30, our One Bedroom Suites have five-piece bathrooms, two televisions and an excellent view of the city. King size bed. Size: 890 sq. ft

Two Bedroom Suite: Pool view. Spacious Two Bedroom Suites offer a King bed in each bedroom and large sitting area. With five-piece ensuite bathroom and additional four-piece bathroom, three televisions, dining table and chairs. The Two Bedroom Suites are ideal for families. Located on floors 10 through 20. Size: 1125 sq. ft.  

Large Two Bedroom Suite: Offers views of Bur Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Spacious living environment, the Executive Two Bedroom Suites feature a bar, larger dining area, three televisions, separate sitting area, two bedrooms, four-piece ensuite in the master bedroom and an additional four-piece bathroom. Great for entertaining guests - these corner suites are located on floors 10 through 20. There is a King Bed in each bedroom. Size: 1470 sq. ft

Royal Suite: This suite features three bedrooms (King Bed in each bedroom)
and four bathrooms including two five piece ensuites a four piece bath and an additional two piece bath. Separate dining and living room areas. Located on the Penthouse floor (34), airport pickup service is available to Royal Suite guests. This suite offers city views overlooking Abu Dhabi.

Imperial Suite: This suite is luxurious and spacious, a two level duplex suite on the Penthouse floors (34 & 35).  There are three bedrooms. A King size bed in two bedrooms and the third bedroom has two twin beds. It features: Five bathrooms, a dining room with bar and buffet, large living rooms with two seating areas and a private study. Complete with Jacuzzi and skylight, an outdoor deck on the rooftop, small fitness gym with treadmill, vectra and free weights and includes airport pickup service. It is 6000 square feet in size and offers panoramic views of Bur Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Road and poolview.

Presidential Suite: Superior in size and luxury this suite features a Grand Entrance Hall, private dining room and separate living room. Located on the Penthouse floor (34),
The Presidential Suite includes luxuriously upgraded bathroom amenities, and two bedrooms, one with a King Bed and five piece ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom with two Twin beds and a four piece bathroom. There is an additional three piece guest bathroom. It is 3100 sq. ft in size and offers panoramic views of Bur Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Road and poolview.

Junior Suite: These suites offer a large open concept accommodation with sitting area. These rooms have a five-piece bathroom, two televisions and are located on floors 21 to 30. It features a King size bed and offers city views. 590 sq. ft in size.

Fairmont Gold Rooms. These rooms are located on the higher floors of the hotel and offer guests exclusive facilities such as a dedicated lift between the lobby and Gold floors. Other benefits include a dedicated check-in and check-out, 24 hour Fairmont Gold lounge access, this includes continental breakfast, afternoon tea, all day bar and evening hor d'oeuvres plus mid-night snacks.
